Appointments
Your first appointment is scheduled for an hour in length. Follow up appointments are usually a half hour to 45 minutes. Once you have made an appointment, you can either print and fill out the new patient information provided on this site, or we can mail one to you. Please mail this back to us or bring it with you.
Please wear or bring loose clothing (sweat pants or shorts and a t shirt are great!) to your visits…it makes doing manual therapy or acupuncture much easier.
Also, if there are pertinent xray reports, MRI’s, or other important medical information pertaining to your problem, please have your PCP/other specialist fax them to us (725 – 4979), or bring them with you.
